The Hoof Forum

The Hoof Forum section will provide in-depth, fully referenced reviews of selected topics or issues that are major concerns of the horse industry as they relate to the horse's foot. The word "forum" was specifically chosen for this section, as it implies an open discussion rather than a single individual's opinion or interpretation regarding a topic. Following publication of a forum article, subsequent updates will include the comments of identified reviewers, selected because of their recognized expertise and experience with the topic, as well as rebuttal comments offered by the article's author. In addition, selected questions and comments by responding subscribers may be included.

The intent and design of The Hoof Forum section is intended to allow readers to hear and judge both sides of a given argument regarding controversial topics.
